Metro Bank Employees to Help with Habitat for Humanity’s

‘Critical Home Repair Program’

 

Metro Bank and Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area will be teaming up throughout the month of July as part of Habitat’s Critical Home Repair Program.  Employees of the bank will be on-site each Thursday in July to help Habitat for Humanity make critical home repairs to help local residents remain in their homes. The local Habitat affiliate is celebrating its 25th year in the community and has been recognized nationally as a leader in critical home repairs, completing more than 160 repairs in Central Pennsylvania.

 

Metro Bank’s participation with Habitat for Humanity will culminate with a celebration/fundraiser lunch to be held at Metro Bank’s headquarters on July 29th for all interested Metro Bank employees.

 

WHAT: More than 25 Metro Bank employees are helping Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area with its “Critical Home Repair Program” throughout July.  Volunteers will be on site at homes in downtown Harrisburg every Thursday during the month.

 

WHEN:  Thursday, July 7, 8:15 a.m. – 4 p.m.
