Women Build Underway, volunteers still needed

 

WE NEED YOU!!!!  Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area is sponsoring a Women Build project. This special build works to nurture, recruit, and train women to build simple, decent, and affordable homes in their communities. This year’s home will be built on Brady Street in Harrisburg as part of a duplex.

 

Building a home is a tough, but very worthwhile challenge. It takes a lot of volunteers, sweat, dollars and big hearts to make it happen.  The Habitat Women Build Committee

is looking for women who are willing to help build, who are willing to donate food and/or water to the jobsite, and who can assist with administrative tasks.

 

The Women Build is also looking for monetary donations to help us complete the project.  If you or your business might be interested in making a donation, please let us know.  Please help us meet all of these challenges.
