Items Listed as Habitat will Participate in Community Yard Sale

Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area will team up with other non-profits and participate in a Yard Sale on Saturday, August 28th at the PA United Church Center, 900 Arlington Avenue in Harrisburg.  Habitat will join forces with CONTACT Helpline and Harrisburg’s Crop Walk in the event which will run from 8:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.

Items offered by Habitat for Humanity for the yard sale are things that can be used in the home.  Many of the items have been donated to Habitat and could be used for home improvements.

Habitat will also have a catalog of other items available at the organizations warehouse.

Items Available will include:

Laminate Flooring, Ceramic Tiles, Bathroom Vanities, Kitchen Cabinets, Drop-in Sinks, Lighting Fixtures, Dressers, Dish Washers, Water Heaters, Kerosene Heaters, Windows in Many Sizes and Shapes, Picture Frames and much more.

The Yard sale will take place in the grass areas surrounding thePA United Church Center Building, so there will be plenty of parking for those stopping by for theyard sale. All proceeds will go to the three non-profit organizations involved.
